Using this website
This website provides general information about CSG 3PL and tools for preparing an enquiry. It does not by itself establish a warehousing, transport or fulfilment agreement. A service relationship requires an agreed proposal and applicable commercial terms.
Service descriptions
Product acceptance, capacity, integrations, operating arrangements, dispatch commitments and any specialist requirements must be confirmed for your operation. Service descriptions and product examples are starting points for assessment. Do not send stock or rely on a warehouse attendance or delivery arrangement until CSG confirms the details.
Calculator and planning outputs
Calculator outputs are indicative and depend on the information entered, the displayed pricing basis and the applicable rate status. An item requiring a quote is not included as a zero-cost service. A “Priced-services subtotal” excludes unpriced items and must not be treated as the complete cost of the operation.
Amounts are in Australian dollars excluding GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any customer-entered freight amount is a planning input from the customer, not a CSG freight quotation. Weekly rates converted using 52 ÷ 12 are an average-month planning convention, not a statement of invoice methodology. One-off work is separated from recurring costs.
Any final offer is subject to confirmation of products, dimensions, weights, stock profile, handling, scope and commercial conditions. If a calculator result or website statement differs from an agreed written quote, raise the difference with CSG before relying on it.
Enquiries and submissions
Provide accurate information that you are entitled to share. A form is accepted only when the website returns an accepted status from its configured delivery system. Acceptance records the enquiry for processing; it does not confirm service availability or create a contract. A delivery-system acceptance does not independently confirm receipt in the sales inbox. If an outcome is uncertain, keep the reference and contact sales before starting a separate enquiry. For validation errors, correct the highlighted answers and follow the form’s retry guidance.
Content and permitted use
You may read the website, use its planning tools and download its information resources for assessing CSG services. Do not interfere with the website or its security, attempt unauthorised access, or submit harmful or misleading material. Third-party fonts and software remain subject to their respective licences.
