Information you choose to provide
The quote, contact and fulfilment questionnaire forms collect the business and contact details you enter, together with information about products, orders, stock, service needs and your proposed transition. Required fields are identified. Revenue or size information is optional. The forms do not accept file uploads.
How the information is used
CSG uses enquiry information to assess service fit, prepare or discuss a proposal, respond to questions and plan next steps. Enquiries are directed to sales@csg3pl.com. Please avoid entering customer lists, payment details, passwords or other information that is not needed for this initial assessment.
Website and email processing
The website and its enquiry endpoint process submitted information through the configured web host and email delivery systems. Authorised CSG staff and service providers involved in hosting, security or email delivery may process information where needed to operate the service. Those providers may use infrastructure outside Australia. Contact CSG for details of the providers used for your enquiry.
Device storage and functional cookies
The calculator can carry your service inputs into the quote journey using temporary storage in the current browser tab. It does not put those inputs in the page URL. You can remove that imported plan from the quote form. If you attach a calculator plan to an enquiry, its inputs, selected services, assumptions and exclusions are sent with the enquiry for CSG to review. Removing the attached plan lets you continue with the details shown in the form. The questionnaire only saves a persistent draft on your device when you choose “Save draft on this device”. The draft includes the answers you entered, is available to other people using that browser profile and can be deleted using the draft controls. A saved draft stays in that browser profile until you delete it or clear the website’s saved data, including after an enquiry is accepted. Deleting a saved draft does not remove the answers currently displayed in the form or an enquiry already sent to CSG.
The enquiry endpoint uses a functional session cookie for form security. Security records support rate limiting and duplicate-submission protection. They contain technical identifiers and enquiry references, rather than a copy of your form message. The deployed host may also maintain its own access logs.
Analytics and marketing
This version of the website has no active third-party analytics or advertising tracking. Form content, email addresses and customer documents are not sent to analytics. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Retention and security
Enquiries may be retained in CSG’s business email records for the enquiry and any resulting service relationship, subject to applicable recordkeeping needs. Contact CSG if you would like information deleted or corrected. The enquiry system removes expired security records when it next processes requests or a scheduled cleanup runs. An idle site may retain expired records until that cleanup occurs. Mailbox records, hosting access logs and backups have separate retention arrangements. Website access is intended to use HTTPS; access to the enquiry mailbox and hosting account should be limited to authorised people.
Access, corrections and concerns
Contact sales@csg3pl.com to ask about the personal information connected with your enquiry, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Include enough information to identify the enquiry without sending unnecessary identity documents. CSG may need to verify that a request relates to your information before acting.
Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated when the website, enquiry handling or service providers change. The date above identifies this website notice. Separate commercial agreements may describe information handling associated with an active service relationship.
