A process demonstration, not live order data or a software product screen. Your workflow and system connections are agreed during onboarding.
Visibility starts
with usable data.
CSG uses system-supported stock and order workflows. Your onboarding discussion establishes which records and connections are required for your operation.
Tell us your ecommerce platform, marketplaces, ERP or inventory applications and any custom order logic. Compatibility, connection methods, update behaviour and setup effort are confirmed against the exact configuration.
A platform name alone is not a complete integration specification. Bundles, product variants, split orders and multiple fulfilment locations can change the workflow.
The information flow
to agree together.
| Area | Questions to resolve |
|---|---|
| Product data | Which SKU is the source of truth? How are barcodes, variants, dimensions, weights and kits represented? |
| Order flow | How are orders released, changed or cancelled? Which channels, statuses and packing rules apply? |
| Stock & dispatch updates | What needs to be visible, where does it appear, how often is it updated and who owns reconciliation? |
| Exception handling | Who handles rejected records, missing addresses, insufficient stock and changes after order release? |
| Testing & access | What test orders and permissions are needed? Who approves the results and supports the connection? |
