CBM storage is based on cubic metres under the applicable daily rate and minimum rules. Pallet storage is assessed under the agreed pallet definition and billing period. Dimensions, stock age and ownership can affect the quote.

Yes. Storage or other selected recurring services may still apply. Cost per order is not applicable when there are no orders.

The planner uses Australian dollars excluding GST. It asks you to enter any freight budget on the same basis. Applicable GST treatment and final invoicing are confirmed in the commercial quote.

Tell CSG the platform, applications and business systems involved. Connections, data requirements, testing and setup costs are confirmed for your specific configuration.

Operating days, cut-off times, eligible orders and dispatch arrangements are agreed in the service plan. Carrier delivery services and transit expectations are a separate part of the scope.

Your instructions set the condition checks and next action. Receiving, inspection, repacking and restocking are separate steps; only eligible and authorised products return to saleable stock.

CSG can discuss branded packing, inserts, kitting and labelling. Provide the specification, material supply plan, quantities and finished example so the handling can be assessed.

Arrange warehouse visits, deliveries and unloading requirements directly with CSG before attending or dispatching stock. The team confirms the correct location and receiving details.

It collects the operating information needed for a fuller assessment: orders, products, stock, inbound deliveries, fulfilment requirements, systems and transition. Revenue information is optional.

Yes, discuss the stock, data, open orders and timing of the move. The transition plan should cover reconciliation, responsibilities, testing and the point at which orders change location.

CSG agrees timing after reviewing your service requirements, product data, integration work, stock readiness and capacity. No fixed start date is promised by the website.
