Fulfilment questionnaire

YOUR OPERATION.
THE WHOLE PICTURE.

A guided brief for the stock, orders, handling and systems behind your business. Work at your own pace and review before sending.

Fields marked * are required. Revenue information is optional. Documents can be discussed later through an agreed channel.

Business & contact

Who should we speak with, and where does your business operate?

Include https:// if you enter a website.
City, state and country. The exact warehouse address can be discussed later.
Sales profile

Describe the channels and current fulfilment setup behind your orders.

Sales channels
List the exact platforms and applications you use. Compatibility is assessed for your setup.
Describe the products, rather than sharing customer or payment data.
For example, growth, storage pressure, operational issues or a new sales channel.
Orders & products

Use estimates where needed. Keep a normal month separate from your peak.

Distinct products currently stocked. This is not SKUs in one delivery.
State length × width × height and the unit, for example cm.
State weights in kg. Flag unusually heavy or large items for assessment.
For example batteries, liquids, fragility, temperature needs, hazardous goods or restricted products.
Storage & inbound

Tell us about stock holding and how deliveries reach the warehouse.

Include per-SKU occupied CBM if available; total CBM and SKU count cannot define per-SKU minimums exactly.
Include length, width, full height, ownership and any oversize pallets.
Use days or weeks, and describe slow-moving or mixed-age stock.
For example 20GP, 40GP/HQ or 45HQ; say how often each arrives.
Describe each typical delivery: cartons or pallets, distinct SKUs within that receipt, heavy cartons and delivery frequency.
Fulfilment needs

Choose relevant services and explain any channel-specific instructions.

Services required
Australian states, business/customer address mix and any international requirements.
For example mostly consumer parcels with some wholesale cartons.
Parcels, cartons, pallets and expected dispatch frequency.
Separate labels/postage, receipt, inspection, repacking and restocking.
Describe materials, inserts, kit components, quantities and finished presentation.
What data should move between systems? Include stock, order and dispatch updates.
Transition

What needs to be ready before stock and orders move?

Outline current-provider handovers, open orders, stock transfer, systems work or other dependencies.
Documents can follow the conversation. The website does not accept uploads. Let CSG know what product data, order examples or handling specifications you can provide; the team can agree how to receive them.
